We are confident you will love your Dynamo Delay® products, and we stand behind every item we offer. In the event of a return or exchange, the following policy applies.
All returns must be pre-approved before shipping. Please contact our customer service team at 310.446.1632 to initiate the process.
As directed by customer service, all returned items must include their original packaging, paperwork, manuals, accessories, and a copy of the purchase receipt. Please also include your name, address, phone number, and reason for the return. Incomplete returns may be sent back to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or one that provides delivery confirmation.
Due to the personal nature of our products and to protect the health and safety of our customers and team, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item designed for intimate or bodily contact. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and cannot be resold. Exchanges for such items will only be honored in the case of a damaged or defective product. Please inspect all items upon receipt.
